How long does shipping take for a new bicycle?
Standard shipping for bikes usually takes 3-5 business days. Each bike is professionally tuned and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it arrives in race-ready condition.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Bikes are shipped 85-95% assembled. You will typically need to install the pedals, handlebars, and front wheel. We provide a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
What is your return policy for sports gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets and nutritional products cannot be returned once opened.
How do I determine the correct frame size for me?
You can refer to our comprehensive Size Guide found on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.
Do you offer professional maintenance services?
Yes, every Omafiets purchase includes a complimentary first service at our flagship workshop within the first 6 months to ensure your components are bedding in correctly.
